For an ASN, SNDS will use WHOIS likewise to the way it does for IPs, in that it'll authorize any e mail addresses found in the ASN report taken care of because of the registrars.  On effective receipt in the authorization e-mail and clicking around the url it includes, SNDS will then give the consumer access to many of the subnets marketed by that
